Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured with "Pet Business Insurance"

What days are you open?

We are open 5 days per week, Monday to Friday

Can I add my other dogs to your service?

Of course, all dogs must go through the approval process to ensure they get along with other dogs in the pack.

Do I need regular bookings at Hockley Dog Day Care?

Yes, we ask for a regular weekly booking of a minimum 1 day per week. This is to ensure that all the daycare dogs are familiar with each other, allowing them to have a routine.

Do you provide daycare for puppies?

We accept puppies from ages 6 month and up.

Are you licensed?

Yes, we are licensed by the Rochford District Council.

Do you accept untrained dogs?

We only accept well behaved, friendly dog's. We understand dogs enjoy expressing their thoughts, however we cannot accept dog's that enjoy barking constantly. If your dog shows signs of aggression, that is also unsuitable behaviour for our day care. Hockley Dog Day Care aim's to provide a safe and enjoyable time for your dogs.

How much does day care cost?

£30 Pounds per day for the first dog, £24 for 2nd dog.

Do you accept unneutered dogs?

We do not accept unneutered male dogs over the age of 1 year.

​

Do we do boarding?

No, we only offer day care.

​

Can I drop my dog off and collect myself?

We provide a pick up and drop off service, this is due to our planning condition for no excessive traffic. We welcome a planned visit to see our facility.
